As the saying goes, first impressions matter. And when it comes to parties, invitations set the tone for the entire event. That's why we believe that crafting unique and creative invitations is an essential part of party planning.

When we embarked on creating Disney Frozen Invitations, we wanted to ensure they were on par with our high creative standards. However, we struggled to find inspiration until we discovered a Castle card that became the perfect platform for our design. By adding sparkly white paper and pictures of Anna and Elsa, we achieved our goal of creating eye-catching invitations that truly set the tone for our Frozen Party.

Additionally, you will need the Disney Frozen character images for the invitation. We recommend using Costco's Online photo service, which provides affordable 4x6 photo copies. Make sure to save the images as high-resolution versions with a printable size of 4" by 6".

Once you have the necessary materials, follow these steps to bring your invitations to life:

  1. Cut out the images of Elsa, Anna, and Olaf from the photo prints using scissors.
  2. Use the Castle Card from the Life's a Party Cricut Cartridge as the base for your invitation. You can save money by using various shades of blue cardstock.
  3. Add an extra castle layer using white sparkly paper to create an elegant and enchanting front design.
  4. Attach Elsa and Anna to the front of the card using Tacky Glue, and place Olaf on the inside.
  5. Print the party information on vellum paper using an inkjet printer and cut it out with decorative edging scissors.
  6. Attach the party information vellum piece to the inside of the castle card using glue dots.
  7. Cover any visible glue dots on the vellum with snowflake stickers, adding a touch of winter wonderland charm.
