Custom Designed Aisle Runners & Accessories:

For custom orders, we recommend speaking with one of our design consultants over the phone. Unfortunately, we do not accept online orders for custom products. Email your event information and images to [email protected] to request a quote. Remember to place your custom orders at least 8 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery and avoid rush fees.

What are your aisle runners made of?

How do I install my Original Runner?

Pre-installation of your aisle runner is highly recommended. Follow these steps for a seamless installation:

  1. Roll out your Original Runner before the event and place a garland of flowers or ribbon across the back of the aisle to discourage guests from walking on it.
  2. Have your ushers or event planners direct guests to be seated from the outside of the aisle or pew.
  3. If pre-installation is not possible, unroll the runner after all guests have been seated but before the bridal party begins the processional.

Are the fabric aisle runners machine washable?

Yes, all of our aisle runners are made of real fabric and can be machine washed and spot cleaned. For extremely long runners, we recommend professional cleaning. If your runner has been custom painted, spot cleaning is advised. Dry cleaning is not recommended.

How many times can your aisle runners be used and can they be rented?

Our solid color runners are frequently rented by our wholesale clients for upwards of $350 per event. Depending on the color and conditions of use, our runners can be used anywhere from 2 to 10 times. Make sure to check with us for availability.

What is your Return Policy?

For all orders of solid color aisle runners in standard lengths, refunds and exchanges are possible. Please follow these guidelines:

  1. Notify The Original Runner Company within 72 hours of receiving the aisle runner by emailing [email protected] or calling our studio at 973-744-7070.
  2. Obtain a return authorization code from our office, which must accompany the returned item.
  3. Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the return authorization code. A restocking fee of $40 may apply.
  4. The runner must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of the wedding or event invitation recorded in the original order.

Please note that custom-designed and custom-length aisle runners, as well as the Original Petite Runner and sale items, are non-refundable or exchangeable.

What is your Liability Policy?

At The Original Runner Company, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility or liability for onsite installation or the performance of our products. We recommend obtaining permission from the venue before using installation tape and testing it in a discreet area. The installation of our products is at your own risk.

What is your Covid-19 Policy?

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and event postponements, we have updated our policies regarding event dates on custom Original Runners. We strongly advise against including the date on your runner, as paint is permanent and cannot be removed. If you need a date correction for a runner received before the pandemic, additional fees for shipping and artist services may apply. We cannot guarantee availability for date fixes. Alternatively, if the design allows, you can purchase a small piece of fabric to cover up the date. All custom products are non-refundable.
