Pre-Event Logistics

2. Create a timeline or project plan

3. Find Your Venue - Do a walkthrough & lock it in

Choose a venue that suits your event needs based on attendance, duration, budget, parking, and more. Visit the venue and do a complete walkthrough to ensure it can accommodate your requirements. Negotiate the date and secure your booking as soon as possible.

4. Map out the venue meeting space requirements for your event
