Imagine having a superhero to help you tackle life's mundane tasks quickly and efficiently. Meet Susan Ho, the owner and founder of Good Neighbor Concierge. With her multitasking abilities and quick thinking, she earned the nickname "Speed Demon" as a child. Since 2011, she has been assisting people from all walks of life in regaining control over their time.

Susan's inspiration for starting Good Neighbor Concierge came from her own experiences of juggling an overflowing to-do list while lacking the time to complete it. Remembering her childhood hero, Fred Rogers, from Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, who preached kindness and love, she named her company after the simple message he shared.

An energetic and customer-oriented professional, Susan has a diverse background in various industries such as medical, pharmaceutical research, senior care, wellness/fitness, and human services. Throughout her career, she has held executive and senior-level administrative roles, transcribed medical records, prescribed exercise for cardiac patients, conducted community outreach, managed clinical trials safety data, and enjoyed the role of a stay-at-home mom.

Apart from her professional achievements, Susan has always been dedicated to serving others. She actively volunteers at St. Francis House, New England's largest day shelter, where she serves lunch to the homeless. Additionally, Susan takes on multiple lay leadership roles at her church. She finds solace in nature and enjoys spending time surrounded by the serene beauty of the sea, sky, and mountains.

Originally from New York City and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine from Old Dominion University. She has also completed programs in Medical Transcription, Technical Writing, and Webmaster. Having lived in Boston for 25 years, Susan treasures the moments spent with her loved ones and embraces the opportunity to travel whenever possible.
